About the event
Come celebrate the 1 Year Anniversary of The Crystal Effect! This evening will include a one hour sound bath, light refreshments and social hour. Every guest will walk away from this experience relaxed, transformed and with a small token of my appreciation.
Location: This event is at Vallee D'Or which is within a townhome neighborhood. The entrance is on Harold Ave off of Winnetka Ave N. There are 8 parking spots in the front of the event venue-- all additional parking is available at the church across the street (Spirit of Hope Methodist Church).

How to Prepare for Sound Bath
Much like when getting a massage, keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience.
Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in, you will be laying on the floor through the entire experience.
- Bring a yoga mat, and any extra items that will bring you comfort (bolster, pillow, blanket, etc.).
- Eye coverage will be provided, it helps shut out the world to deepen your experience.
Experiencing deep rest, relaxation and bringing balance to your chakra is the goal of the sound bath. The vibrations produced by sound healing tools are intended to stimulate alpha and theta brain waves which resonate and trigger the deep meditative state of the brain in a way that stimulates healing. When done regularly, sound bathing can have profound health benefits.
