About the event
This special SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION offers a beautiful blend of crafting your own dream catcher, meditative journaling, and of course, a beautiful sound bath.
We will start the evening with with creativity and community by crafting your very own drem catcher. Each participant will have the opportunity to create and take home their very own little dream catcher, with instruction, and all materials will be provided.
Then we will settling into the tranquil space to explore a few meditative journal prompts designed to deepen your connection with yourself in a mindful exercise to cultivate gratitude, clarity, and intention for the season ahead.
Finally, with the time taken to create and meditate, we will close with a sound bath to embody and seal the beautiful energy cultivated during this session, and connect with your new dream catcher, and align your mind, body, and spirit with the energy of the new season.
