About the event
This special Spring Equinox event will be a transformative journey of renewal and growth as we embrace the arrival of spring. This event offers a beautiful blend of meditative journaling, literal planting of seed in soil, and of course, a beautiful sound bath to align your mind, body, and spirit with the energy of the season.
We will start the evening with meditative journaling, settling into the tranquil space to explore prompts designed to deepen your connection with yourself in a mindful exercise to cultivate gratitude, clarity, and intention for the season ahead.
Then we will take time to plant a seed of intention by literally plant a seed in soil as we embark on a symbolic planting ceremony. Each participant will have the opportunity to plant a seed, with their intention for the season ahead, then take their plant home to watch your intention grow, acting as a daily…
