This Waning Crescent Moon phase is the perfect time to reset and restore. It's a time for self-care, to find connection with yourself, surrendering all that has happened in this last phase that is out of your control, before the lunar cycle begins again.
As your mind drifts into a deep meditation, your body experiences a rejuvinating, vibrational cleanse. This is a beautiful way to connect with yourself, body, mind & soul.
