What to expect from this session
Together, we will get cozy, turn within ourselves and experience the power of breath, meditation, reiki and sound to connect to the wisdom of our bodies. For this special event, we’ll also offer you a beautiful cocoa sipping ritual to support your intention. Perfect for inviting in this Venus inspired Libra New Moon Eclipse!
We’ll review the energetic themes that are coming up for this New Moon. Specifically, the astrological sign the Moon is passing through (the zodiac sign of Libra) and its themes that correspond to our own individual and collective healing. We’ll also chat about the significance of this New Moon happening with a Solar Eclipse.
Jamie will facilitate a somatic self-inquiry exercise for connecting the mind to the body and planting our seeds for this new lunar cycle. This includes a brief and gentle guided visualization meditation to help our awareness connect to our body through deep breathing. From this space we will locate our intention. We will also give you some time for journaling and internal processing to help integrate what comes up during this practice.
Then, we’ll lie down and enjoy a beautiful and very healing sound bath led by Maria of The Crystal Effect. Hands-off Reiki will be delivered to all participants during the sound healing potion by Reiki Master Jamie.
