Join me for an in-studio Mala making class where you will learn how to make a hand-knotted Mala necklace of your own, learn how to use it in your meditation practice, and enjoy a sound bath ceremony to connect with it.

Wear comfortable clothing, we will be sitting on meditation cushions at a japanese style table. We will be taking a lunch break, so feel free to bring a lunch, or you can get takeout from a local restaurant or deli.Tidbits:
