Full Cold Moon Sound Bath 12/22

The Full Cold Moon marks a threshold, drawing you out of the outward drive of the year’s hustle and into a season of rest, protection, and emotional honesty. This moon energy invites you to notice where you’ve given too much to ambition and obligation, and to set steady boundaries that make your healing practice and your closest relationships sustainable.

As your mind softens, your body is supported in releasing tension and restoring balance, creating space for a sense of renewal and ease.

How to Prepare for Sound Bath

Much like when getting a massage, keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience.

Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.
