This isn't a typical sound bath. It begins with something rare... each participant stepping inside a large Tibetan singing bowl, receiving sound from the inside out - then, sink into a full sound bath, letting it carry you even deeper.

This is a profound experience... some things have to be felt to be understood.

How to Prepare for Sound Bath

Much like when getting a massage, keep yourself hydrated throughout the day. Sound waves travel better through water. When you are well hydrated, you will have a better experience.

Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.
