This transformative 90-minute sound bath is enhanced by specially curated essential oils to deepen your connection to nature’s rhythms. Through the synergy of sound and scent, you’ll awaken your senses, restore balance, and move gently with the natural rhythms of change and transformation.

In honor of the Fall Equinox, you'll begin by hand-blending your own bath tea with epsom salt, dried herbs, and essential oils, a small ritual to soothe and ground you as the season shifts. All materials provided.
